• All orders are shipped with the service of FedEx Worldwide Express.
• Est. shipping time within the EU: 2-3 workdays.
• Est. shipping time outside the EU: 5-7 workdays.

In stock orders

• In stock orders are shipped within 1-2 workdays.

Made-to-orders

• Made-to-orders are produced on demand and shipped after 4-6 weeks.

Pre-orders

• Pre-orders are usually shipped after 12 weeks, if not specified differently on the product page and during checkout. 

You will receive an email notification with your tracking number as soon as your package ships.

From the time your package leaves Arteana until it is delivered to your doorstep, all shipping liability lies with FedEx Worldwide Express services in your country with applicable insurances included for our customers.

Unfortunately, Arteana cannot provide refunds for lost or stolen packages after delivery. In the rare case of missing parcels, please contact our friendly Customer Care team who will help you file a missing package claim with FedEx.
