- €50.00 UPS shipping rate applies to all orders outside the United States and are calculated at checkout.
- All orders are shipped within 1-2 workdays.
- All orders are shipped with the service of UPS Economy.
- Est. shipping time within the United States: 2-3 workdays.
- Est. shipping time outside the United States: 5-7 workdays.
You will receive an email notification with your tracking number as soon as your package ships.
From the time your package leaves Arteana until it is delivered to your doorstep, all shipping liability lies with UPS services in your country with applicable insurances included for our customers.
Unfortunately, Arteana cannot provide refunds for lost or stolen packages after delivery. In the rare case of missing parcels, please contact our friendly Customer Care team who will help you file a missing package claim with UPS.
